Service Description

This course is built for today’s Law Enforcement Officers who want to sharpen their edge on the road and in the courtroom. The curriculum is laser-focused on crimes tied to the transportation of narcotics, illicit currency, weapons, and human smuggling, while also reaching deeper into the investigative layers that every officer needs in the field. Students will develop advanced roadside interviewing skills that cut straight to the truth, exposing behaviors often displayed by deceptive individuals. These skills go beyond theory—they are designed to be used on your very next stop. Officers will learn how to recognize, articulate, and analyze behavior in a way that stands up in court while staying within the bounds of the law. Using real dash-camera footage from his own traffic stops, Nick breaks down behavior in detail—showing exactly how deceptive people react under pressure. Students will study human behavior through video analysis, learn how to initiate consensual encounters, recognize the difference between baseline behavior and reasonable suspicion, and turn those moments into solid probable cause. The course also covers how to plan encounters, prepare for courtroom testimony, and effectively present observations under review. This isn’t just about spotting crime—it’s about understanding people. By the end of this course, officers walk away with a deeper perspective on human behavior, sharper decision-making ability, and proven skills that enhance both field performance and courtroom credibility.
